Equipment products are warranted solely by the manufacturer. The complete warranty information is included with the product and is subject to the conditions set forth by the manufacturer. In many cases the manufacturer will handle the replacement of the product and cover the postage expenses both ways. In the case the defective product is not handled by the manufacturer in a timely and effective way, please contact Heart Rate Monitors at 800-403-8285 for assistance.
If you have a defective product, please contact Heart Rate Monitors customer service department to receive authorization for the return. You may reach them by phone at 1-800-403-8285 or firstname.lastname@example.org. You should talk to them prior to using the prepaid shipping label provided on their site. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the $8.95 shipping fee.
You may return any NEW-UNOPENED items purchased from HRM USA, Inc. within 30 days from the delivery date. Items must be returned at buyer’s expense. They will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of their error or manufacturer defect. NEW-UNOPENED product returns will be eligible for refund, less a 10% restocking fee (Min Charge $2.95/Max Charge $24.95).
Laboratory Services: You may cancel laboratory tests and services that you have paid for but not used. Refunds for the unused tests purchased as part of a package will amount to the package price less the unbundled price for tests already used. Once any laboratory services have been provided, there will be no refund. Orders for Laboratory testing expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
Coaching Services: Coaching services may be cancelled at any time after you have completed the purchased number of sessions. Refunds for the unused coaching sessions purchased as part of a package will amount to the package price less the unbundled price for sessions already used. Once any coaching services have been provided, there will be no refund. Coaching session vouchers expire in 12 months from the date of purchase.
