First, My Heathy Potential provides its clients with up-to-date health and motivational information through a series of articles, videos, and blog posts. In fact, we hope you sign up for our free monthly newsletter just so you can see the level of quality information we bring to our clients.
Secondly, our members get various levels of information and support, depending on what works for them. Besides receiving our newsletters, reports and special offers, members have access to our health risk appraisal (HRA), biometric assessments, and group or individualized coaching.
The first step of using our risk calculators and health risk appraisal involves answering questions about your current health status – and your family’s health history. This step helps us determine your risk for various conditions – one of which is arteriosclerosis. Next, by adding numbers, such as body measurements, blood pressure readings, and results from a panel of blood work, we can begin to create a personalized plan for health improvement, tailored to your needs.
How we differ from your normal health plan
Armed with the information gathered as noted above, My Healthy Potential will then pair you with a health coach. We’ll work together to form your top goals. Then we’ll get to work. As time progresses, we track your results with you.

My Healthy Potential is private. All of your personal information is stored in HIPPA-compliant servers through our partners, Healthie and LabCorp.
We’ve worked hard to keep prices low. You’re not paying for an office visit. You’re not paying for features you don’t need on medical equipment. You’re not paying for services that don’t focus solely on your goals.
Who we do it for
We do it for you! The beautiful thing about this program is that it works for anyone over 18 years of age. Depending on how you want to approach this, you can dive right in – all at once – or take it a step at a time.
If you are currently in reasonable health but concerned enough to want to reduce your risks of disease, we can help you identify those risks and then take steps to reduce them. It doesn’t matter if you’re trying to lose weight, lower your blood pressure, stop smoking, or decrease your stress level.
We’re here to help you take control. We’re here to help you start moving in a direction that takes you from where you are now – to where you want to be.
Who we don’t do it for
This prevention strategy does not replace care provided by your doctor or other health care provider.
If you have an illness, our site neither provides medical care nor replaces your usual sources of clinical care.
Commitment – Yours and Ours
We provide considerable support for our members. There are no robots managing your prevention strategy on this site. Instead, our entire team works closely with our members, spending time with them, following up and helping to guide them along. Because of this commitment on our part, we limit paid memberships to those who are likely to really use the system.
We look for members who are committed enough to follow their health plan through to completion – and then be consistent in their maintenance.
