If you’ve found my website, it’s probably because you have a concern about your health – or the desire to take control! We can help.
Who We Are
My Healthy Potential was founded by Thomas R. Bender, M.D., M.P.H., FACPM. Dr. Bender spent 25 years at the CDC and 25 years in private practice. He is a specialist in preventive medicine. This site combines his passion for technology and prevention to empower site members to make positive changes.

Our Members
We work with people who are starting to have a health concern, or a desire to be in control of their health. Our clients want to make a change in their lives – without necessarily relying on medication. We work with people who want to control their weight but haven’t found a way to do that consistently. Keep in mind that the earlier you start, the easier it will be, and the more quickly you will get results!
